Fairgrove is a family-run home-building business formed in 1995 by Steve and Christine Midgley and over the past two decades has grown into an award-winning regional developer with a reputation for quality and the highest level of customer service.
Building around 50 new properties each year within Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, East Staffordshire and South Yorkshire, we build not only complete new homes, ready to move into, but we are also a specialist in unique homes whereby we enable buyers to customise the internal layout and specification of their new home before it’s built.
At Fairgrove we build to a very high level which we set as at least 10% above the NHBC national standards. The designs of our homes are constantly being updated to incorporate the latest designs and energy efficiency requirements.
As a family-run business, we pride ourselves on our customer service. Our Directors are actively involved in all aspects of the business and are keen to continually improve and learn from everyone who buys a Fairgrove home. Our small, dedicated team works hard to ensure we meet and exceed our customers’ varied requirements and energy-efficiency expectations.
We actively work with local schools to offer guidance on careers in the construction industry to students and operate an apprenticeship training scheme for school leavers and older applicants. Each year we will have vacancies for apprentice bricklayers and joiners, along with other trades such as decorators.
