We’re always looking for new land so we can continue to deliver high quality homes throughout the East Midlands. We are interested in single plots upto around 2.0 acres – although larger sites are always considered.
Our search is for locations as varied as urban, suburban and rural, both Greenfield and Brownfield. We are particularly interested in gardens of existing properties as well as buildings suitable for conversion such as mills and barns.
We are also interested in land suitable for a variety of commercial uses, including Care Homes, Business Parks, and Hotels etc.
