Time is running out, says Fairgrove boss
East Midlands, [27 Feb. 07] “Time is running out for buyers hoping to invest in a smart new development in Bramcote,” says Steve Midgley, managing director of new homes firm Fairgrove Homes.
“Since we began work on the prestigious Orton Fields development in Bramcote, we’ve had a flood of enquiries and have seen the high-spec houses being snapped up,” explains Steve. “We’ve now got only three houses left to sell in this development, and we expect them to go very quickly.
The remaining houses are The Caddington design in plots two and four – the latter is the show home, and the Brompton in plot eight. “The show home is finished to a high specification and is now ready to move into,” says Steve. “The other Caddington design will be ready to move into by April and the Brompton will be a fantastic home by June.”
Both the Caddington and the Brompton designs offer spacious family homes with five double bedrooms, including two en-suites, underfloor heating and Lexcom communication systems. “The Brompton is the biggest plot with the largest garden in Orton Fields,” says Steve. “And the Caddington offers ultimate privacy by hosting an entire master suite across the whole of the top floor.”
He adds: “We’ve put a lot of effort into making Orton Fields the perfect location for local business people. One of our priorities has been to keep the location small and select, so we’ve established a mix of four and five-bedroom executive homes and five distinct house types to ensure there is something for everyone.
“It’s a perfect location. It’s in a spacious setting which is surrounded by semi-rural land, giving the new homes access to spectacular open views and countryside. Yet it’s surprisingly close to the region’s main business centres. Derby and East Midlands Airport are only 15 minutes by car, while Nottingham city centre is a mere 10 minutes away.”
