Record footfall as show home opens

East Midlands, [10 October 07] Fairgrove Homes’ new show home in Grange Gardens, Loscoe, has received a record number of visitors since it opened to the public at the end of September.

“To say we had a rush on would be an understatement,” says Steve Midgley, managing director of the Ilkeston-based firm. “Usually you can expect a few curious faces on the opening weekend, but this time we had a record footfall with many visitors clearly interested in a new home in this popular location.”

The company is certain it has created the right types of houses in a winning location to attract market attention. “We’ve already received three reservations on the site, and we’re confident that more will be snapped up soon,” says Steve. “If anyone is looking for a well-built home in this superb part of Derbyshire, we advise them to visit the show home soon.”

The new homes, priced from £215,000, follow Fairgrove’s Harwood, Barnby, Addingham and Richmond designs. The show home is its popular Richmond design. “We’ve received many positive comments from visitors to the show home,” says Steve. “Potential buyers have been impressed by the quality of the finish in each room. They’ve also commented on how spacious the home and garden are.”

Fairgrove’s latest development in Grange Gardens comes hot on the heels of a similar creation at Lake Gardens, near Lake Avenue. This latest development holds 15 stylish four-bedroom homes with ensuites.
