Fairgrove unveils show home in Loscoe
East Midlands, [20 September 2007] Visitors to Fairgrove Homes’ new development at Grange Gardens in Loscoe will soon get an even better idea of what living in a luxury new home is like, when the Ilkeston-based firm opens its latest show home to the public this weekend.
The opening of the new show home marks the latest stage of Fairgrove’s ongoing success in the Derbyshire town. “We’ve been building a good relationship with locals ever since we established our previous development at Lake Gardens, near Lake Avenue, in 2004,” says Ian Mackenzie, land and sales manager at Fairgrove. “Since then, we’ve been pleased with the enthusiastic response we’ve had from so many people wanting to buy a new home in the area.”
He adds: “That initial development attracted lots of attention and the new homes were quickly snapped up. We know that there is a lot of demand out there for high-quality family homes in this popular area, so we’re really pleased to be creating 15 new four-bedroom homes at our latest location. We started work on the site earlier this year and have already received reservations on a couple of properties.”
The new homes, priced from £215,000, follow Fairgrove’s Harwood, Barnby, Addingham and Richmond designs.
“The show home features the popular Richmond design,” says Ian. “This is one of our most well-liked house types and includes a study as well as a feature bay window in the lounge and dining rooms. The spacious kitchen-diner has French doors opening out to a good-sized rear garden. Upstairs has four good-sized bedrooms and a luxurious double shower to the master bedroom’s en-suite. As you would expect from a house of this calibre, the house benefits from a complete interior design package, which will be included in the sale.”
The show home is open from 10:30am to 5:30pm, Thursday to Monday. To find out more, contact Cathy Bentley, sales consultant at the show home, on 01773 768459 or 07800 614097.
