Fairgrove marks return to Loscoe

East Midlands, [26 June 07] Ilkeston-based Fairgrove Homes has marked its return to Loscoe with the launch of a new sales office at its latest development in Grange Gardens.

The return to the town follows the successful completion of a new homes development at Lake Gardens, near Lake Avenue, in 2005. “Our last development in Loscoe attracted lots of attention and the new homes were snapped up,” says Steve Midgley, managing director of Fairgrove Homes. “We know that there is a lot of demand out there for high-quality family homes in this popular location, so we’re really pleased to be developing an even bigger site with 15 new four-bedroom homes.”

The new homes, priced from £215,000, follow Fairgrove’s Harwood, Barnby, Addingham and Richmond designs. “We’re confident that the designs – and the location of Grange Gardens – will tick the right boxes for local families,” says Steve. “The location is perfect for people bringing up children as it is in a quiet spot and most of the homes enjoy open views of the surrounding area. Following the outstanding success that we had in Loscoe in 2005, we made a conscious effort to search for more land in the area. Visitors to our last show home provided good feedback about the site. They told us that they really liked the tranquillity of the location yet didn’t feel cut off. Loscoe has all the day-to-day amenities locally that a family could need, and it’s within easy driving distance of the market towns of Heanor and Ripley as well as the major cities of Nottingham and Derby.”
