Top prize from top local company

East Midlands, [17 August 2006] Award-winning new homes developer Fairgrove Homes has seen a surge in visitors to its properties in recent months, with many potential buyers commenting on the sizeable gardens and living spaces that feature in the company’s designs.

“The good weather has encouraged people to get out of their houses and look for more suitable homes to enjoy those long summer days,” says Steve Midgley, managing director of Fairgrove Homes. “To reward potential home buyers for taking the time to visit us during the spring and summer, we’ve been inviting visitors to our show homes to enter our draw to be in with a chance of winning a fantastic prize of a brand new MINI.”

Fairgrove decided to give away a MINI because not only is the car highly sought after, it’s also a brand which Steve says reflects the values of many Fairgrove customers. “Like Fairgrove, this car has stood the test of time, has bags of personality, retains a level of uniqueness and is much loved for its continual ability to offer something extra.”

The draw for the prize of a MINI car will be held in early December 2006, making it a fantastic early Christmas present for the lucky winner.

“It’s still not too late to enter the competition,” says Steve. “All you have to do is pop into one of our developments, complete an entry form and hand it back to one of our sales advisors. And with developments across the region, entering the competition couldn’t be easier!”
