Fairgrove offers help to new home buyers
Ilkeston, Derbyshire and Mansfield, Nottinghamshire [27 Oct 2005] East Midlands-based new homes developer Fairgrove Homes is offering a helping hand to consumers moving up the housing chain.
In a move designed to ease the financial pressures involved in buying a new home, Fairgrove has announced a raft of special offers for people choosing a home at its select development at The Bruntings, Eakring Road, Eakring Close, Mansfield. The offers include a pledge by the company to pay the stamp duty, a 5% deposit and all legal fees associated with the purchase of a new Fairgrove home.
“Some of the short-term costs associated with purchasing a new house – such as finding the money for a deposit, paying stamp duty and covering legal fees – can sometimes put people off investing in one,” explains Ian Mackenzie, land and sales manager, Fairgrove Homes. “That’s why we’ve decided to provide a helping hand.”
“The Bruntings is a small, select development of just 31 flats and houses,” adds Ian. “The homes, which vary in size from two-bedroom apartments to two and three-storey town houses, are ideal locations for young professionals and families to live.”
Anyone interested in finding out how Fairgrove can help them move up the housing ladder in Mansfield can contact Joanne Shaw at The Bruntings show home on 01623 653895.
