Fairgrove Homes teams with interior designer

4th March 2004

East Midlands-based property development company Fairgrove Homes has teamed up with one of England’s major designers to bring the latest interior fashions and innovations to its new homes. HQC Interiors is a complete interior design company, based in Wetherby, West Yorkshire, and is well known for providing a high quality end result on time.

Working in partnership with HQC Interiors, Fairgrove Homes now offers a complete carpets and curtains package, enabling new homeowners to choose a style and a colour that reflects their lifestyle. The package, which is available at all of Fairgrove’s developments throughout Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire, has been established to help house buyers create a living environment that is right for them. As Libby Burdge, interior designer with HQC Interiors, explains: “Conformity is a thing of the past: there is no longer a right or wrong way to approach things. Personality and individuality are our signatures in a fast-moving world.”

The launch of the carpets and curtains package gives new homebuyers a greater opportunity to have a completed home that they can move straight into. “We chose HQC because the company has a good track record in providing top design skills to the domestic market,” says Steve Midgley, Managing Director of Fairgrove Homes. “Research shows us that customers are increasingly looking for a complete package that helps take the stress out of moving to a new home. And with 80 fabrics to choose
from with varying shades of colour available, our customers will be able to style their houses in a way that suits their needs.”
