First house sold at Mill View

Staff at one of Fairgrove Homes’ latest developments in Sutton in Ashfield have much to celebrate. Building on a bumper year in 2003, the first property in the company’s Mill View development has now been sold. The home, which features an en-suite bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, garage and car parking space, is one of just six properties in Mill View.

Built as an extension to the range of houses in the historic Dobson’s Mill complex, Mill View is a new-build development comprising four bedroom houses built on three storeys.
