Opening time for Loscoe

With work continuing apace at one of Amber Valley’s hottest new developments, local property company Fairgrove Homes has now opened a new sales office to deal with site enquiries.

The office, housed on Fairgrove’s Loscoe development, will give investors and home buyers an opportunity to see – and get a feel – for the homes being built. Covering a 0.6 acre site, the development features seven four-bedroom houses at Lake Gardens, Lake Avenue, Loscoe. The houses follow Fairgrove Homes’ Harwood, Bransdale, Barnby & Richmond designs, which have been well received at Fairgrove’s other developments in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

Karen Redfern will be running the sales office, and will be on hand to answer any potential queries. Karen has experience of advising customers on new homes. “I’m looking forward to working with the people of Loscoe to help shape an essential addition to their neighbourhood,” Karen says. “The development has been designed to enable people to feel part of a strong, local community, while offering them the privacy and seclusion to enjoy quality family life.”

The sales office will be open between 2:00pm – 5:30pm on Thursdays and 10:30am and 5:30pm Friday – Monday.

Rainbows Children’s Hospice is located in Loughborough, Leicestershire, and is the children’s hospice for the East Midlands and South Yorkshire. It provides respite, palliative and terminal care to families who have a child with a life-limiting illness.
