Showing the best of South Notts
6th September 2004
With demand for property in the South Notts area at an all time high, East Midlands property developer, Fairgrove Homes, has now opened a sales office in the popular village of Sutton Bonington.
The office, which will be used as Fairgrove’s base for sales of its six homes in the village’s development of The Old Bull Farm, will be run by Fairgrove’s senior sales adviser Ian Mackenzie, who has experience of working with customers in exclusive developments throughout the region.
The new homes, based on the site of a former farm on Station Road, Sutton Bonington, have been developed to meet the growing needs of young professionals for quality homes within commuting distance of the East Midlands’ major cities. And with more people frequently commuting to Europe, the setting is ideal as a gateway to Nottingham East Midlands Airport.
Each new home has been designed to combine the best of history, originality and authenticity with the convenience and quality of a modern development. The six homes are three, four or five-bedroom barn conversions featuring the latest kitchen designs from Bluestone and AEG, as well as bathrooms, ensuites and tiling from Porcelanosa. Continuing the contemporary feel of the development, each new home’s living areas are brightened with the aid of special roof lights. As a select development, the conversion features an inner courtyard garden as well as additional outer gardens for each property.
“The development has progressed well throughout the summer,” comments Ian Mackenzie. “Interest in the area is high – and with the ongoing developments in the area’s transport infrastructure, this is rapidly becoming a hot location in which to invest.”
The sales office will be open between 10:30am and 5:30pm Friday to Monday and every Thursday between 2:30pm and 5:30pm.
