Woodville – the pick of the crop
4th June 2004
It’s the time of year for lazy afternoons in the garden, chilled champagne on the lawn and fresh British strawberries while watching Wimbledon. And, to celebrate the best of summer eating, Ilkeston-based Fairgrove Homes will be offering champagne and strawberries to visitors to its open weekend at the company’s new Olders Valley development in Woodville, Leicestershire.
The weekend coincides with National Strawberry Day on 12th June, and will provide an opportunity to taste the best of British strawberries, drink top champagne and see the latest in new home developments.
“Woodville was carefully selected by Fairgrove Homes as an area that was ripe for the development of new properties,” comments Steve Midgley, Managing Director of Fairgrove Homes. “Tucked away, yet located within easy driving distance of major motorways and cities throughout the Midlands, this select development of just five stone-built detached properties is designed for families and is in an exclusive, non-estate location.”
New homes built on the Olders Valley site include the Cotterdale – a luxury four-bedroom home – as well as the five-bedroom Brompton. Visitors to the site will be given guided tours of the newly completed Cotterdale, which features kitchen appliances from SieMatic and Neff as well as a bathroom from Porcelanosa.
The Olders Valley development will be open from 10:30 – 5:30 on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th June.
