New development at Shipley Park
10th May 2004
More high quality homes will be coming to Shipley Park in Derbyshire, following a decision by Amber Valley District Council to allow Ilkeston-based Fairgrove Homes to develop five new properties at The Field, Shipley Park. The five-bedroom houses feature the latest designs in kitchens and bathrooms, and are developed on one and a half acres of land. With growing demand from local business people for luxury up-market homes on the edge of Shipley Country Park, Fairgrove Homes expects its five new homes to be a welcome development.
“With prices starting at £475,000, these houses represent a high quality addition to the Shipley Park area,” says Steve Midgley, Managing Director of Fairgrove Homes. “Based on the plans available, we have already sold one property and are upbeat that the remaining properties will sell very quickly.”
Work begins on the site this month and the houses are set to be available for new owners during autumn and winter this year.
