We’re
always on the lookout for new land so we can continue
to deliver high-quality homes throughout the East Midlands.
As we work with a cross-section of customers, our land
requirements are suitably varied. We work with land
from single plots to 2.0 acres – although
larger sites are always considered. Our hunt for land
takes in locations as varied as urban, suburban and rural,
and our locations are both Greenfield and Brownfield.
We are also interested in land suitable for a variety of commercial uses, including Care Homes, Business Parks, and Hotels etc.
We’ve designed and built New Homes in 0.5-acre back
gardens of large existing properties as well as in
converted mills and farms, so we’re always open
to suggestions about possible future locations. Within
the back garden market, we’re finding that the
region has a good percentage of properties with very
large gardens, and many people aren’t aware that
if they have land measuring 0.5 acres upwards, they
have an asset which they could capitalise on to pay
for luxuries such as second homes abroad, yachts or
top-of-the range sports cars, without the risk of a
mortgage.
