Buying a new home should be an exciting and rewarding experience for you and your family. It is our job to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. And because we don’t want you to worry, we have a customer service pledge so you know in advance what you can expect from us.

• Occasionally, when you visit our homes, we are still building, so it is important to us that you are kept safe. We will ensure you are accompanied by a member of our staff and issued with health and safety equipment, where appropriate.
• While your new home is being built we will regularly keep you informed of the progress and ensure you know everything there is to know about it.
• We will guide you through the choices available to you and give you advice based on our plentiful design and interior supplier knowledge.
• We will explain the process of buying your new home, taking you through the legal aspects, and will also discuss issues such as planning, boundaries, communal areas etc.
• When we have agreed a completion and exchange date, we will ensure that it happens.
• We will take you on a tour of your new home, guiding you through the operation of your new installations, and provide you with instruction manuals.
• We will give you your new home insurance certificate and explain to you how it covers your property.
• If you have any questions, a complaint or a query, we will ensure it is dealt with promptly and by the appropriate person.
• We will call you six weeks after you have moved in to make sure you are enjoying your new home.
