Working for Fairgrove Homes means being part of a busy and friendly team. We select our staff to ensure they work with us to meet all our customers’ varied requirements. We lead by example, so you can be certain there is commitment from the top down to ensure your needs are met. Unlike larger companies, our Managing Director is actively interested in talking to – and learning from – his customers. This means that any questions you have can be addressed quickly and you WON’T be fobbed off.

We recognise that being in business isn’t just about the bottom line. Our strategy ensures we take corporate social responsibility seriously. This means investing time and resources in providing a positive input into the East Midlands region.

We have a commitment to local charities, adopting a different good cause each year. Our fund raising initiatives are intended to be both fun and meaningful. During 2006/2007 our nominated charity, the County Air Ambulance, recieved money from the annual Fairgrove charity golf tournament as well as a substanstial donation from our 'win a MINI' competition.

We know how difficult it can be to progress into the world of work. To help students gain essential knowledge and experience of the home-build industry, we work with local universities to offer students interesting placements that will put their theoretical training into practice.
