Steve & Chris Midgley

Steve & Chris started the business in 1995 and remain in Executive control.

Richard Smith

Richard joined the business within the first year and has risen from working on the tools to the position of Operations Director—although his tools still come in handy from time to time.

Carly Truman

Carly joined the business straight from school and having qualified in accountancy has developed into the position of Accounts Manager but also assists Richard with general construction admin and purchasing.

Mervyn Bollard

Mervyn is project manager and oversees all site management dealing with day to day construction issues and managing our numerous and varied trades’ people.

Cathy Bentley

Cathy is responsible for dealing with all new homes customers on our various sites and oversees our other sales advisors.

Simon Midgley

Simon joined the business following university and time working in other sales environments. He in now responsible for marketing and new business development, in particular liaising with customers for Fairgrove Bespoke services,

James Midgley

James started his career as a trainee surveyor with a national construction company studying part time at Nottingham Trent University before joining the business in the position of surveyor and land buyer. James is generally involved in estimating for bespoke projects along with land appraisal.
