New web site for a new era at Fairgrove...

East Midlands, [11th November 2009] Ilkeston-based property developer Fairgrove Homes has unveiled a new web site as a new era for the homes industry in the East Midlands begins.
“Our new site is designed to give visitors all the information they could need about the high-quality new homes that we are developing throughout the region. It also aims to help people understand the quality of service they can expect from a professional family firm that has been operating successfully in the region for almost 15 years,” says Steve Midgley, managing director of Fairgrove Homes.

Fairgrove has always worked on the principle that ‘one size does not fit all’. The company has built a reputation for listening to its customers and building them a home rather than a house. It’s certainly an approach that has worked, and according to Fairgrove’s own research, it’s what customers want even more today.

“We’ve now taken this bespoke approach a step further and anyone who visits our new web site will see the measures we’ve taken to deliver a service that’s right for them,” says Steve. “In addition to our new homes developments in Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire, it highlights other services we offer potential customers. We are continuing to build bespoke new homes both on our plots or on a customer’s own land. Taking this concept a step further, we also offer home remodelling, house extensions and large renovation projects. These services have already attracted a lot of interest among locals who are happy with where they live, but would like a bigger home, a house more suited to modern living or simply something that is unique and personal to them.”

Fairgrove also has a firm commitment to sustainability. “As a family business we’ve always been focussed on the long-term,” says Steve. “Our web site highlights the various eco services that we offer, such as ground source and air source heat pumps, solar water heating, rainwater harvesting, grey water harvesting and solar PV (photovoltaic).
