Thornsby design makes Branston show home debut
Ilkeston and Burton, UK 16th August 2011 Fairgrove Homes is unveiling a new show home on its successful development at Howards Way, Branston, Burton-upon-Trent, where five of the seven properties have already been sold.
It showcases Fairgrove’s five-bedroom Thornsby design, which has proved popular at the firm’s other developments in the East Midlands. “This select development has really gone down a storm,” says Steve Midgley, managing director of Fairgrove Homes. “We built seven homes in four different house styles here and more than 70% of them have been snapped up. People say they appreciate the quality of our new homes and tell us that Branston is a great location for combining work and leisure.”
Visitors to the show home will be impressed by the spacious 1,764 square foot property. With a double integral garage, large master bedroom, two en-suites, good sized kitchen/family room and study, it’s a particularly popular choice for families. “Like all the properties in this development, visitors to the show home can expect to find some of the biggest and best names in home design, including Neff appliances and Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware,” says Steve.
He adds: “With just two properties remaining on this popular site, we urge people to come and visit our show home as soon as possible.”
