We will then rent the showhome back from you for the duration of our remaining time on site.  The benefit to you is that your investment is working for you instantly, with no costly agents involved.  At the end of the tenancy term, your house will be vacated and available to you fully furnished.

Joint Ventures with Land Owners

Fairgrove is happy to enter into a mutually beneficial arrangement with a land owner, whereby the land owner is paid for the land as the houses are built and sold.  Fairgrove benefits from reduced funding requirements and is therefore able to offer the investor a profit share in the development.  There can also be tax savings in this form of land sale.
