Derbyshire, UK [21 Apr. 08] All the properties in the first phase of Fairgrove Homes’ popular development in Grange Gardens, Loscoe, have now been snapped up following a promising start to 2008.
The development, which notched up a record number of visitors to its show home when it opened in September 2007, has continued to be popular among local families looking for a stylish new home in a convenient location.
The first phase includes attractive properties built to Fairgrove’s Harwood, Barnby, Addingham and Richmond designs. “We had reservations on a couple of these homes before they were even completed, and the positive footfall and subsequent purchase of the first phase has been very encouraging,” says Steve Midgley, managing director of Fairgrove Homes. “Our sales consultants have also received many upbeat comments from visitors to the show home, making us confident that the location and the design of each of these new properties hits the mark.”
The Loscoe location has already been tried and tested by Fairgrove, which was behind a similar scheme in the area just a couple of years ago. “There is a very positive community spirit about Loscoe,” says Steve. “Many people who come to our show home have grown uplocally and want to bring their own families up in this friendly and welcoming area. As Fairgrove moves into the second phase of the development, there are now only five homes left to be sold. “The remaining properties follow the Harwood, Addingham and Richmond designs,” explains Steve. “Priced from £225,000, these are very spacious four-bedroom homes complete with en suites and sizable gardens, and they are ideal for families and investors alike.”
