East Midlands, [date to be added] Just as the winter blues are setting in, Fairgrove Homes has been spreading a little cheer with its seasonal draw.
“During December and January, we welcomed a record number of people to our sites, which are in both rural and urban locations in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire,” says Steve Midgley, managing director of Fairgrove Homes. “It has been pleasing to see so many people and hear so many positive comments about our homes. This draw was our way of thanking the many people who visited our developments in the two counties over the past couple of months for taking the time to come and see the luxury they could be enjoying in a Fairgrove Home.”
Winner of the first prize of £200 of Toni & Guy vouchers was Tracey Darby, who visited Fairgrove’s development in Loscoe. In second place was Chris Weightman, who won a Playstation 3 after entering the draw at the firm’s show home in Mansfield. Third prize went to Andrew London, who picked up a Tom Tom GPS after entering the draw on a visit to theLoscoe show home. Jane Buxton won an iPod Nano as the fourth-prize winner after entering the draw at Fairgrove’s innovative development in Piccadilly, Highbury Vale.
“The Christmas period is often a fairly quiet time for new homes developers, but Fairgrove seems to have bucked the trend with a surge in visitor numbers in recent months,” says Steve.
