Now in conjunction with our ‘Plot2Build’ division we offer our experience to build bespoke new homes either on plots we have to offer or on your own land, along with remodelling from house extensions to large renovation projects.
We can work from your own plans, with your chosen architect, or offer you a design from our portfolio of previously built homes.
Alternatively we can introduce you to one of our design partners to produce an individual property especially for you.
Often we can advise on more cost effective ways to overcome problems and save money which less experienced builders may be unable to consider. The earlier you involve us in the design of your project the more we can assist in helping to design out expensive construction features and ensure your money is spent efficiently.
